For years we have accepted the financial risk associated with "out-of-state cosigners" as a natural part of doing business. The
thought that we performed our "due diligence" to best of our ability has
always given us some relative comfort with the process of securing
signatures across state lines...only to get burned occasionally with
lengthy funding delays, miscommunication with the co-signers, and the
